Assumptions and gaps
- One license per learner per course; admin role alone uses none; pending invitations may reserve seats.
- Not decided, so not designed: seat reuse after completion, access term, reassignment, reminder cooldown length, invite expiry.
- Official badges and levels are unfinalized. Completed course records are used; an Achievements area is flagged only.
- Reference gaps: no Trainer screenshots were supplied, so shell structure follows WebShell/palette sources and the design draft. Wordmark is the supplied SVG.
